Andreas is a certified Coach BSO and a very experienced trainer with a background in business administration. He has 20+ years of leadership experience in international corporations to Swiss SMEs. His journey led through various roles in the airline and travel industry, in luxury retail, human resources management, as well as learning and development.
Andreas calls coaching his true passion. He takes immense joy in connecting with others, serving as a driving force in their journey of personal and professional growth. With an empathetic and understanding approach, he excels in building bridges and fostering trust. His strength lies in perceiving the nuanced layers of individuals and bringing up the unspoken. Together, he embarks on a journey of confidence and actively shaping the next steps.
