Anna is a certified Intercultural Trainer (University of Jena, Germany) and holds a Law degree (2010) and a BA in Intercultural Communication (2011).
Anna has an extensive background in intercultural relations and training. Since 2009 she has conducted intercultural trainings and facilitated workshops both in academic and business settings. Her focus is on fostering general intercultural skills and enabling open and holistic mindset and interpersonal communication.
She is an experienced executive manager and subject matter expert. In her current role as Compliance Manager she is leading a diverse team of experts and interfaces with stakeholders globally on a regular basis.
Her passions are intercultural relations, developing and empowering people to rise to their true potential and gain higher self-awareness. She enjoys facilitating creative and innovative environments.
A native of Belarus, she has lived and worked in the UK, US, Italy and Germany. She is inspired by being in new environments and getting to know new people and cultures.
Prior to her transition to the corporate world, Anna was an international relations coordinator at the University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany.
Anna lives in Munich, Germany. In her spare time she enjoys dancing tango, practicing yoga, and stepping out of her comfort zone by taking singing lessons.
