David has a master’s degree in Leadership from University of San Diego, and a BA in Economics from the University of New Hampshire. David is also a board-certified coach thru the Center for Credentialing and Education.
His focus is on leadership, facilitation, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, executive coaching and change. David’s passion is in facilitating action-oriented groups with a focus on enhancing leadership and team effectiveness that generates faster results and rapid change.
David has had a successful global career in the manufacturing, high tech, professional services & engineering sectors, as well as in government & educational systems and non-profit organizations. Leadership and management development, teaching and coaching has been his calling. Before Founding Agran Consulting Group in 2001 he worked internally for Cayenta.Com, Solar Turbines (a Caterpillar Company) and The Center for Creative Leadership.
David has served his local community as the President of the Organization Development Network, and the Cardiff Education Foundation, and has served as a Governing Board Trustee for the Cardiff Elementary School District. David splits his time between Northern California and the Colorado Rockies adjusting to life as an empty nester engaging in interesting adventures that lure his two adult kids home every now and then.
