Ingrid Balogh, CPCC, PCC, has been coaching and training individuals and groups since 2016. Her professional focus is on Leadership Development, including Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Navigating Uncertainty, Navigating Difficult Conversations, Mindfulness, Resilience and Wellbeing, Executive Presence. She is continuously in awe of the leaps her clients take in self-awareness and courageous change during their development. 98% of her coaching sessions are marked as „amazing” or „life changing” by her clients.

Ingrid holds a BA degree in Economics. Prior to becoming a coach she has spent 14 years in the corporate world at General Electric and Reckitt. Her journey led through various roles in Supply Chain, from Customer Service Management to Project Management and Global Supply Strategy. She is well-versed in corporate dynamics, challenges and opportunities. Her experience includes international and intercultural exposure, having worked and lived in South-East Asia for several years.

As a certified coach Ingrid works with a global clientele from diverse geographies, such as Eastern Europe, USA, Africa, and through various industries like pharma, IT, media, legal. She calls herself a leadership coach with extras, as apart from her corporate leadership development work she designs her own self-development programs – outdoor hikes, confidence workshops – for the public.

Ingrid is currently based in Zürich, Switzerland, where she enjoys being close to both nature and city life. In her free time you’ll find her on the yoga mat, at an art gallery, or floating on the river when weather permits.
