Karine holds a master’s degree in Business Communication. She has been working as a learning business partner since 2013 and as a certified coach since 2020. She specializes in coaching and training leadership for managers and leaders, as well as in career development and transitions. She focuses on developing leadership and effectiveness in change and multicultural environments. She has a personal experience of expatriation and had previously lived in England and Sweden.
She has an extensive experience in international companies and a broad knowledge of organizational, management and professional challenges in the pharmaceutical, non-profit, and consulting sectors.
She is involved in the Celsa-Sorbonne Alumni association to help alumni in their careers and professions (Communication, HR) and in the PWN Zurich and Genuine Woman networks, developing female and international leadership and entrepreneurship.
She helps people to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, to align their goals, values and needs individually and with their team, to increase their confidence, build on their strengths, learn to be “fully expressed leaders” and to build trust and authenticity for effectiveness and well-being.
Before entering the world of learning and coaching, she was a communication manager in several sectors: banking and insurance, electronic payments, consulting and business development.
Karine lives in Zürich Switzerland, where she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, meditating, going to the cinema, playing tennis, skiing, yoga and fitness.
