Leda holds a MA in Corporate Communication and a BA in Public Relations and Advertising. With over 10+ years of experience in corporate environments across the United States and Europe, working with global teams, Leda has been able to cover different managerial roles and learn, develop, and strengthen competencies in strategic management, communication, and human relations.

Her network includes mentors and leaders that have greatly enriched her professional and personal life. Since the beginning of her career, Leda supported different strategic projects (including employee engagement) with leaders and organizations. Her genuine curiosity for personal development and authentic self-expression led her to start the journey of becoming a coach.

Today Leda is a Professional Certified Coach (CPC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by ICF. Her practice sees the Core Energy Coaching, a unique process developed by iPEC, that includes guiding individuals to find their own solutions, and boosting leadership skills and performance while tapping into confidence, core values, and creativity.

Leda combines her professional background with her coaching training experience and intuitive connection with people. She believes in commitment, curiosity, creativity, and authenticity.

Leda lives between the US and Switzerland. She enjoys all forms of art, including movies, tennis, food, and the joy of binge reading. Plus, she’s always happy to entertain DJing in her spare time.
