She has a general passion for cultures, development, and empowerment. She has worked for several global corporations in Project, Recruitment, and Development roles. Her last projects mainly included developing and facilitating internal and external soft skills and Clifton Strength-based training for both teams and individuals. Louise is interested in projects focused on helping others to look beyond their current beliefs and boundaries and to support them in the self-discovery of their unique talents and contributions to a team or organization.

Her other passion is copywriting and editing. Creating, correcting, and improving text has always sparked her interest, and has become a true professional while writing for Jobcloud, TedXzurich, and multiple start-ups over the last year.

Since she left the Netherlands in 2017 to move to Switzerland, the empowerment of silent and insecure people has sparked her attention. Therefore, she is also involved in facilitating training dedicated to creating awareness and practice for underrepresented groups to voice one’s uniqueness.

Louise decided to stay in Switzerland after discovering a new obsession; the mountains. Her spare time she spends hiking, biking, skiing, or swimming. She also loves exploring new countries, cultures, and people, because strangers are only strangers until they meet.
