In training, Matteo focuses on bringing theory to life using real-life examples from his clients and his personal experience and he always embeds observations and mentoring calls as follow-ups. In system coaching, the ORSC model equips him with specific skills such as channel switching, amplification, dreaming, and participative, process-driven tools.
He has been a software engineer, manager, and director in the cybersecurity industry. He works with an environmental activist organization to train and coach teams in self-organization, team dynamics, and behaviors.
Matteo supports managers and young leaders in their growth and helps them fully embrace their role as change agents. He loves to work with teams and organisations to diagnose systemic issues and guide them through emergent operating models.
