Merada is a certified career and leadership coach (CPCC) with a background in engineering leadership and a passion for personal growth. She holds a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and 3D & Distributed Games Development from the University of Cape Town.
Since transitioning into coaching, she has supported professionals across the tech industry—engineers, managers, product leaders and founders—as they navigate complex career decisions, build confidence, and grow into purposeful, authentic leaders.
Before becoming a coach, Merada spent more than a decade in the tech world. She led engineering teams, managed managers, and supported leadership development in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Her firsthand experience with the realities of tech—from complex decision making to burnout and self-doubt—deeply informs her work as a coach.
Her coaching focuses on life transitions, career growth, and values-based leadership. Clients appreciate her presence: warm, grounded, curious, and gently challenging. She creates a space where people can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters to them—so they can move forward with more clarity, intention, and confidence.
Originally from South Africa, she currently lives in Zürich, where she enjoys hiking with her dog, writing science fiction and fantasy novels, and playing boardgames with friends.
