Vassilis Chantziaras has been a professional Trainer, Coach and Facilitator since 2004. He is also a certified Heart- Math Practitioner and holds a Bachelor in Sociology and an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management (University of Surrey).

He has designed & implemented numerous training and coaching interventions for a wide range of industries & functions around the globe. He is a Greek-Swiss citizen and has been living in Greece, Germany and Switzerland. So far, he had the opportunity to: coach Managers & Senior Executives (CXO) for various organizations; work with a wide range of industries and sectors (Private and Public); facilitate Strategic Workshops at CXO level; facilitate Team Building Activities of cross function- al, cross cultural teams; develop & deliver modules on Global Agility, Cross Cultural communication, Conflict Management, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Sales & Customer Service, Negotiations, Management, Leader- ship, Performance Management, and more.

Vassilis has a very warm and playful style of interaction. His main strength is his ability to keep the audience highly engaged. He believes that in a world of in- creased uncertainty & complexity it is vital for leaders to be aware of their innate Leadership skills that will enable them to effectively ride the ‘waves of constant change’.

Earlier in his career, he worked for McKinsey & Company both in Switzerland and Greece. Before that, he has spent almost 10 years both studying and working in Germany and Switzerland.

Vassilis shares his time between Athens, London and Zurich. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends that are spread around the world. He is quite passionate about running in nature and enjoys any activity related to self development.
