I spoke with my sister, Margo McClimans, in this episode. Margo is an entrepreneur and the founder of Coaching without Borders an international executive coaching company. We discussed her book The Four Channels: A Businesswoman's Guide to Cracking Confidence and delved into “gap thinking,” and how it can corrode confidence if you let it. Fortunately, it’s not hard to overcome gap thinking if you’re willing to work on spotting it. The key is that you can strengthen your ability to recover quickly and get into a more positive mindset. You do not need to eliminate this kind of thinking completely.
