Think of us as your Team's Health Care Provider
We offer both acute and preventative care
Reach out when challenges arise and stay with us for continued support to maintain team wellbeing.
Preventative care is more cost-effective than acute treatment
Investing in team workshops even when things are running smoothly yields significant ROI by maintaining clear communication, more efficient meetings, and fewer misunderstandings.
Health doesn’t come overnight
We work with your team for the six weeks before and after the workshop to build a relationship with you and create accountability for your commitments.
Pulse checks are vital to monitor team health
Our Team Mirror Survey™ helps track progress and identify trends.
Post-care follow-ups are essential
Just like the best doctors, we follow up after our programs to ensure lasting success.
Build a foundation of trust within your team and unlock unparalleled collaboration and innovation.
In the relentless pace of daily business, optimal team performance is essential. Our team coaching workshops serve as vital moments to refresh and strengthen your team’s relationships and processes.
As coaches, we hold up a mirror to your team, helping identify the patterns that drive success and those that may hinder it. We provide constructive feedback and guide team members in offering valuable feedback to one another.
Our team coaching sessions are both energizing and rigorous, leaving teams stronger, more cohesive, and aligned in their vision.
Systemic thinking is at the foundation of all team sessions done by Coaching Without Borders®. Teams of people are living, breathing systems with personalities, quirks, and cultures of their own—therefore, we coach not just the individuals, but the team as its own entity. Our signature program is the Coaching Without Borders® Team Transformation Process.
The Team Transformation Process can make a positive impact if any of the following apply to your team:
-
Certain members avoid communication with one another.
-
There are conflicts over tasks and responsibilities.
-
Meetings are unproductive or disengaging.
-
Frustration leads to sending emails instead of having clarifying conversations.
-
Your team is newly formed or includes new members.
-
Most of your energy is spent navigating difficult personalities, politics, or team dynamics.
-
Team members don’t feel comfortable expressing their true thoughts.
-
Messages need to be repeated multiple times before they are understood or acted upon.
-
You have questions but hesitate to ask them.
-
Your team is undergoing or managing a change process.
We support your team over the long term through quarterly or semi-annual workshops, complemented by phone and email support, and access to resources and tailored recommendations via our online dashboard. With nearly 20 years of experience and hundreds of teams coached, our programs consistently achieve world-class results, reflected in our average Net Promoter Score (NPS) (currently 63), and workshops often exceed 80.
To help teams track their progress and measure the return on investment, we’ve developed the Team Mirror Survey™️—a powerful tool that provides clear insights and benchmarks on the team’s productivity, collaboration and sense of belonging throughout the Team Transformation Process.

“I walked out of this seminar with a lot more than I was hoping to obtain. Content was rich and concise, yet rich and deep. Margo’s conduct as a presenter is admirable. The concepts she brought to the table really do make us reflect to ourselves about, in this case, our journey towards being confident. I learned to separate our self-worth from our confidence. That for me was very important because I’m a huge believer of the concept of being “work in progress” and we tend to weigh our worth/confidence on our performance. This seminar helped me understand that we are worthy and valuable even if we don’t always “get things right” and this in turn can help our confidence.”
