We have recently overhauled the way we select and work with Partner Coaches. Our coaches are invested in our community and are fully equipped with all the tools and processes CWoB uses to ensure a consistent customer experience, no matter which coach you work with. CWoB’s reputation is built on world-class delivery; we only work with the best.

Meet the Coaches
Expert Coaches – These are seasoned coaches, many with decades of experience, and are already at or are aiming to be at MCC level (or other non-ICF equivalent) in the next few years. These coaches are a rare breed: highly skilled in all 3 areas of work we do; 1:1 coaching, team coaching, and leadership facilitation/training.
Rising Coaches – These are coaches who are “freshly minted”, newer on the coaching scene, and already excellent coaches. They have loads of relevant adjacent experience yet are only relatively recently dedicated to coaching itself.

Are you an experienced coach with at least ICF’s PCC level of certification (or equivalent)? Do you have international experience and a corporate background? Are you a native English speaker or able to coach in languages other than English?
We are a community of coaches who come together to learn together, design together and lead programs together. We love to exchange experiences, provide each other supervision and feedback, and have fun together.
Our coaches are here not because they need work, but because they crave community.
